It is surprisingly easy to use whole grain flours in some classic holiday recipes. Jess Ross of Gold Island Bakery will show you how to use whole grains to take your holiday baking and bread making to the next level in this class. You will learn cookie recipes and a whole grain pie crust/versatile pastry. Learn to bake tasty, nourishing treats for your friends and family, just in time for the holidays!
 
*Note: A full meal is not included, however a hearty soup will be served! Call for a dinner reservation before your class!
 
This class includes instruction, soup & bread and information to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
 
Call to book your spot (902-633-2300). Preregistration and prepayment or credit card confirmation is required at the time of booking. Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to the class.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students.
