Cookery School Hands-on Class: Tomato 101
Beautiful and bountiful local tomatoes are featured in this hands-on class with Chef Chris Velden.

$75 + HST per person
This class is perfectly timed to help you make use of the bounty of local tomatoes available at this time of year. You will learn the characteristics of different tomato varieties and the best uses for each variety.
In this hands-on class with Chef Chris Velden, you will make the Perfect Tomato Salsa, a Classic Tomato Sauce and Tomatoes Provencal with garlic bread. You will also learn about safely canning and preserving tomatoes to enjoy all year. This class includes dinner, you get to eat your work!
