Sustainable Salmon Class & Tour

Hands-on Class + Tour
$95/per person +HST

This hands-on class starts with a private tour of the Sustainable Blue fish farm. Return to the Apron where you will fillet a whole fish and make this meal:
• Salmon Tartare with Artisan Crackers
• Pan-seared Salmon with Lemon & Green Peppercorn Butter
• Barley & Squash Risotto
• Ricotta Mousse with Quince Jam

Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students.
