In your cooking class, Chef Chris Velden will show you how to break down a whole fish. He will make this delicious meal while you relax and enjoy the food!

  • Italian Marinated Fish (Pesce Crudo) with Radish Salad

  • Luscious Lemon Tart

Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
