Rhubarb 4-Ways Demo Class

Rhubarb is a wonderful local food that can be used for more than pies & crisps! Experience the sweet, savory and spicy sides of rhubarb in this class meal:
- Roasted Rhubarb & Goat Cheese Crostini
- Rhubarb & Szechwan Pepper BBQ Pork Chop
- Spinach & Rye Berry Salad w/ Rhubarb Vinaigrette
- Rhubarb & Almond Tart
Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
