Demo Class, Wine Pairings & Accommodations Package: $285+HST/2 ppl

Delicious, local pears star in this amazing class menu. While Chef Chris prepares the meal, you get to indulge in samples of Planters Ridge wine with each course. This package includes: 2 Demo Class Registrations, Dinner on Friday night (in your class), Accommodations, and Breakfast!

Pears & Pairings Class Friday at 6:30 pm
The pear-themed menu is perfectly paired with Planters Ridge wines.
• Baked Piadina with Pears, Goat Cheese, Honey & Rosemary
• Honey-Glazed Pork Roast with Pears & Red Onions
• Garlic Couscous
• Pear & Raisin Clafoutis with Whipped Cream

Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class. After your class, retire to your beautiful Inn room for the night. A hot, fresh breakfast is included!

Minimum of 6 participants (3 packages) is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students, only 5 packages are available!
