You asked us to make this a weekend class and we listened. This demo cooking class wine tasting evening is the perfect way to start your weekend. Delicious local pears star in this amazing menu. Sit back & relax with award-winning wine while Chef Chris prepares your dinner! Learn about the Avondale Sky Winery and their great wines and how to create these amazing dishes with fresh, local pears:
• Pear and Parsnip Soup, paired with Cheverie
• Roasted Duck with Pear & Bourbon Chutney and Potato Rosti, paired with Montavista
• Cinnamon & Red Wine Poached Pears with Vanilla Ice Cream, paired with Martock
 
Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
