Our Pasta Making Package offers the chance to make fresh pasta and use it to make a meal. Retire to your beautiful Inn room after the class!

Hands-on Class & Accommodations Package for 2
Friday, January, 12th – Saturday January 13th
$280/per couple +HST
 
This package includes:
• 2 Hands-on Class Registrations
• Dinner on Friday night in your class
• Accommodations
• Breakfast!
 
Hands-on Class – 6:00 pm Friday night
You will make pasta dough, roll it out and make two great recipes with it:
• Basic Pasta Dough
• Winter Squash & Ricotta Ravioli with a Brown Butter Sauce
• Tagliatelle w/ Sausage, Winter Greens & Onions in Cream Sauce
• Italian Lemon Cake will be served (recipe will be provided, the cake will not be made in the class)
 
Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
 
Call to book your spot (902-633-2300). Preregistration and prepayment or credit card confirmation is required at the time of booking. Cancellation policy for packages: 7-days prior to the class.
 
Minimum of 6 participants (3 packages) is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students, only 5 packages are available!
