Pasta Making: Cookery School Hands-on Class

$75/per person +HST

Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make your own pasta. Chef Chris Velden leads the class, you are the chef! You will make:
• Pasta dough
• Basic Tomato Sauce and a Cheese Sauce
• Three delicious pasta classics: Pasta with Meatballs, Pasta Carbonara and Pasta Alfredo
Each class includes: instruction by our own Master Chef, a meal shared with your class and recipes to take home. Our Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
