A great meal doesn’t have to cost a fortune. In this series we will learn to cook less expensive cuts of meat. Chef Chris will share his secrets for making delicious dishes with cheaper cuts of beef in this class. The side dish and dessert are also made with inexpensive ingredients:
• Braised Short Ribs
• Polenta with Cheese
• Flank Steak Tacos
• Chocolate Almond Bread Pudding
Each class includes: instruction by our own Master Chef, a meal shared with your class and recipes to take home. Our Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
