Join Community Herbalist John Cummings for this fun and informative class. John will take the class through the mead making process using honey and fresh fruit. Participants will also get to visit The Flying Apron Bee Hives. Mead samples, a Honey Cake and tea & coffee will be served. Note: this class does not include a full meal.
 
Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
