We are thrilled to be hosting this class on making traditional pickles and sauerkrauts through fermenting!

Mercedes Brian of Pickled Pink Traditional Food and Drink will share 8 years of experience with making tasty, tangy, and healthy sauerkrauts and brined pickles. The class is hands-on with plenty of chances to learn through sampling, questions, and discussion. You will go home with a jar of sauerkraut, a jar of dilled carrots, and the know-how to make unlimited amounts of traditional, tasty, probiotic, fermented and brined vegetables!
 
*Note: A meal is not included with this class. If you’d like to eat before the class, The Flying Apron Cookery is open for Brunch from 10-3 on Sundays.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students.
