$55/per person +HST

Learn how to clean and cook this NS delicacy at home. Then sit back and enjoy a delicious meal:

  • Lobster Rangoons with Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Butter Poached Lobster with Roasted Potatoes and Winter Cabbage Slaw
  • Cranberry Pound Cake with Lemon Curd

Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
