Garlic 3-Ways Demo Cooking Class

Kickstart the Avondale Garlic Fest weekend with this demo class. Chef Chris will teach the class all about local garlic as he prepares these delicious, garlic-filled dishes:
• Baba Ghanoush & Fresh Salsa with Herb Crostini
• Spaghetti with Roasted Garlic, Fresh Herbs & Fresh Tomatoes
• Apple Spice Cake & Honey-Poached Garlic Sauce
 
 
Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students.
