Local Italian cheese maker Ciro Comencini of Roma Artisinal Cheeses returns to The Flying Apron Cookery School to demonstrate the art of making fresh mozzarella. Following the cheese making demo, Chef Chris Velden will use fresh Ciro’s fresh mozzarella and ricotta to make this amazing menu:
• Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction
• Flat Bread with Mozzarella, Arugula & Prosciutto
• Ricotta Mousse with Fresh Berries
 
Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students.
