This class includes an Intro to Fresh Mozzarella and an amazing Italian menu; it’s sure to be magnifico!

Demo Class + Cheese Demo
$50/per person +HST

This class includes an intro to fresh mozzarella with local Italian cheese maker Ciro Comencini and cooking demo with Chef Chris Velden. Fresh, local, hand-made mozzarella cheese will be featured in this delizioso Italian menu:
• Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction
• Lasagne with Fresh Mozza, Spinach & Tomato
• Tiramisu

Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students.
