French Bistro Hands-on Cooking Class: Fall is the perfect time to visit Paris and if you can’t get there, the next best thing is learning to make a delicious French bistro-inspired meal. This delicious hands-on class will have you dreaming of a night under the stars atop the Eiffel Tower.

You will work together alongside Chef Chris to create this savory meal:
• Roasted Tomatoes with Stilton and Fresh Baguette
• Steak au Poivre
• Haricot Vert with Caramelized Shallots
• Lavender Crème Brûlée
 
Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
 
Call to book your spot (902-633-2300). Preregistration and prepayment or credit card confirmation is required at the time of booking. Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to the class.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 12 students.
