Cooking with Curry Hands-on Class

Hands-on Class
Learn to blend spices into basic curries and use your spice blends to create this deliciously spiced meal:
• Indian-style Panzanella Salad with Tamarind & Curry Dressing
• Chicken Korma over Rice
• Garam masala curry over Rice
• Naan will be served (recipe will be provided)
• Includes jars of your spice blends to take home!
Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine from our drink list to enjoy during your class.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 12 students.
