Cookery School Demo Class: Blueberry Fest
Chef Chris Velden will showcase NS blueberries in three dishes during this demonstration class.

Learn how to use gorgeous Nova Scotia blueberries in sweet and savory dishes in this demonstration class. Chef Chris Velden will show you how to make Blueberry Avocado Fruit Salad, Blueberry Glazed Trout with Roasted Vegetables and Blueberry Pie. During the demo you get to dine on the Chef’s blueberry creations.
