Our most popular cooking class is back – this time as a hands-on class and with a brand-new menu!

Wednesday, May 18 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm
$80/per person +HST

Our most popular cooking class is back, this time as a hands-on class. Students will pair up and each team will break down a whole chicken with the guidance of Chef Chris. You will make a delicious meal using several cuts of chicken and make a stock to take home. It’s a great spring menu:
• BBQ spiced & roasted Wings, Legs & Thighs
• Fresh Cucumber and Tomato Salad
• Chicken Kabobs with Mushroom & Onion on Flat Bread with Tzatziki
• Fruit & Oat Crumble Bars

Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 10 students.
