Kick off your holiday season with a day of great food and wreath making! Enjoy a delicious local food brunch at The Flying Apron and create a hand-tied holiday wreath with Barefoot Blooms.

Local Food Brunch 10:30-12:00

You will arrive at The Flying Apron, check in and then enjoy a delicious brunch. The Flying Apron Cookery changes their brunch menu each week to feature the best local ingredients. You can expect a choice of brunch items such as Eggs Benedict, Waffles or Pancakes and Traditional Breakfast and savory items including our famous Flying Apron Burger, Salad Bowl and our signature Chowder. Price includes a brunch entrée, tea, coffee or juice & gratuity. If you have room, desserts, beer & wine are available at an additional cost.

Wreath Making Workshop 12:00-2:30

Flower farmer and floral designer Denise Stockdale from Barefoot Blooms will guide you through designing your own personal-touch holiday wreath.  You will learn to create the wreath by tying greenery to a metal frame and then decorate your wreath with floral and seasonal touches.  All greenery and floral material will be locally collected from both the gardens at Barefoot Blooms and wild spaces around Summerville. The class will take place in the Cookery School at The Flying Apron.

COST: $80+HST/person (brunch, wreath making workshop and a custom wreath to take home)

CAPACITY: Minimum of 6 people, up to 10
