The season of bountiful harvests is upon us. Before your class, you will head over to our partner farm Ironwood Farm with Chef Chris to enjoy a farm tour and to pick up the tomatoes and blueberries for the class. After the tour you will return to our Cookery School for your Hands-on Class. Our Blueberries & Tomatoes Cooking Class & Farm Tour is the perfect way to say goodbye to summer.

$85/per person +HST

Don your apron and work together to create this delicious, seasonal menu featuring ripe and tasty tomatoes & blueberries:

  • Charred Tomato Piadina with Prosciutto and Balsamic Reduction
  • Pan-seared Halibut with Blue Tomato Salsa and Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables
  • Lime Panna Cotta with Blueberry Compote

Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.

Minimum of 6 participants is required to run the class and the maximum class size is 12 students.
