Berries & Bubbles with Avondale Sky Winery

This demo cooking class & wine tasting features first of the season local strawberries perfectly paired with Avondale Sky wines. Chef Chris prepares the meal, you get to indulge in pairings of Avondale Sky wine with each course. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Avondale Sky winery and how to pair their award-winning wines with food.

$75/per person +HST

The delicious menu features strawberries with each course. Avondale Sky wines will be paired with each course:

  • Strawberry & Goat Cheese Tart
  • Fish Tacos with Strawberry-Lime Salsa and Asparagus Rice
  • Strawberry Pavlova with Vanilla Cream

Each class includes instruction by our own Master Chef, a full meal shared with your class and all recipes to take home. Our beautiful Cookery School kitchen is licensed so you may order local beer and wine to enjoy during your class.
